Evapco Systems LMP, a refrigeration plant manufacturer, is looking for a human resources advisor to cope with its current very large growth.

 

Reporting to the controller of the organization, you will oversee HR initiatives including recruitment, integration of new employees, performance evaluation, etc.

Your main functions will be to:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding of the new employees
  • Ensure the creation and updating of the company’s compliance policy
  • Coach management team
  • Ensure excellent communication between all departments including production
  • Oversee the performance management process
  • Manage employee training and development plan
  • Commit to the obligations of Law 90
  • Supervising the various committees (Social Committee, Health and safety committee, etc)
  • Organize company social activities (Christmas party, Summer BBQ, etc.)
  • Promote corporate culture initiatives within the organization
  • Develop HP metrics, KPIs and report to the president and executive officer
  • Oversee the maintenance of HR records, group insurance renewals and benefits administration
  • Other related tasks

Requirements:

The essential professional qualifications and skills are to:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or management
  • Have between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Mastery of the Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Experience in the manufacturing environment (asset)
  • Demonstrate integrity, discretion, and confidentiality

Hours per week:

40 hours per week
