JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Welder/Assembler will be responsible for the following tasks:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow assembly and welding (copper soldering) sequences, etc.;
- Position parts using templates, supports, etc.;
- Use the appropriate soldering equipment according to procedure (e.g., band saw);
- Check the positioning, dimensions, and squareness of parts before soldering;
- Mark parts, openings, cutting lines, etc., for positioning;
- Assemble, cut, solder, grind, drill, and grind;
- Check soldering and identify defects during production;
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools;
- Perform required quality checks and report any non-compliant operations or products;
- Other related tasks.

Requirements:
- High school diploma, vocational diploma, or equivalent;
- Experience in cutting, drilling, and assembling finished products; grinding and cleaning;
- Demonstrate organization, initiative, attention to detail, and resourcefulness;
- Work as part of a team to achieve production goals;
- Be independent, resourceful, and versatile;
- Experience in manufacturing (an asset).
