Job description:
Reporting to the Design Manager, the Electrical Methods Agent will be responsible for the following tasks:
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage electrical change requests (ECRs) and process non-compliance reports (NCRs);
• Maintain and revise bills of materials (BOMs);
• Provide electrical technical support to the manufacturing workshop;
• Manage electrical diagram documentation (revisions, version control, traceability, and removal of obsolete documents);
• Write, update, and improve electrical assembly procedures;
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for electrical processes;
• Collaborate with electrical engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing methods;
• Participate in technical validations and 3D inspections, when required;
• Contribute to manufacturing process improvement projects;
• Comply with and apply the company’s quality system requirements;
• Perform any other related tasks associated with the position.

Requirements:
• Hold a vocational diploma or college diploma in electrical engineering, instrumentation, automation, or have relevant experience;
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment;
• Experience in electrical panel manufacturing (a major asset);
• Good understanding of electrical diagrams and control systems;
• Knowledge of applicable standards (UL, CSA, NEC) (an asset);
• Experience in refrigeration or HVAC (an asset);
• Proficiency in work tools such as Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), AutoCAD Electrical;
• Fluency in French is mandatory. Knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is an asset;
• Rigorous, independent, and organized;
• Ability to prioritize and be results-oriented;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
