Sales Coordinator
Profile required
Job description:
- Effectively manage incoming and outgoing communications for the sales department, ensuring a prompt and professional response.
- Meticulously track submitted bids, maintaining transparent communication with customers throughout the process.
- Coordinate the receipt of accepted orders, ensuring that each step, from receipt of the purchase order to final delivery, is executed accurately and on time.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers to inform them of deadlines and any challenges encountered, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Regularly update dashboards and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proactively update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to reflect the latest customer information and interactions.
- Organize and coordinate sales department meetings and events, ensuring thorough preparation and optimal stakeholder participation.
- Prepare visual presentations to support the company’s sales and communication activities.
- Actively contribute to the company’s social media presence by posting relevant and engaging content.
- Other related tasks.

Requirements:
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, and/or administration.
- Experience in customer service;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently;
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
