• Day shifts : Monday to Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (40 hours in 4 days)
• Evening shift : Monday to Thursday from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am (40 hours in 4 days)
• Evening premium of $1.00 per hour worked

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Assembler-Brader will perform the following tasks:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow assembly and brazing sequences, etc;
• Position parts using jigs, supports, etc;
• Use appropriate brazing equipment according to procedure (e.g. band saw);
• Check positioning, dimensions and squareness of parts before brazing;
• Trace to position parts, openings, length cutting lines, etc;
• Assemble, cut, braze, grind, drill, grind;
• Check brazing and identify defects during production;
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tooling;
• Perform required quality controls and report any non-conforming operations or products;
• Other related duties.

Compensation: $22.71 to $30.61 per hour

• High school diploma, DEP or equivalent;
• Experience in cutting, drilling and assembling finished products; grinding and cleaning;
• Demonstrate organization, initiative, attention to detail and resourcefulness;
• Work as part of a team to achieve production objectives;
• Be autonomous, resourceful and versatile;
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset).
